This starts a household. Add the rest of the family to it afterwards.

Your names

Optional. Used to label whose side each guest is on.

No guests yet. Add the first one below, or import a spreadsheet.

How to use this guest list

  1. Add your first guests. Type a first and last name to start a household, then add the rest of the family to it. Kids and plus-ones are marked, so the count comes out right.

  2. Mark who's coming. Set each guest to waiting, attending or can't come. The count at the top updates as you go.

  3. Send your RSVP links. With a free account, every household gets its own private RSVP link and QR code. Text it, email it or print it on the invitation. Guests tap Coming or Can't come for each event, pick their entrée, and you see the answer straight away.

  4. Import a spreadsheet. Already have a list? Choose a CSV file or paste rows from a spreadsheet, say which column is which, check the preview, then add.

  5. Print it. Take a clean copy to the venue meeting or the planning chat with your parents.

  6. Save it and share it. Create a free account to keep the list safe, share it with your partner, and collect mailing addresses with a link guests fill in themselves.

Guests are kept in households, because that is how invitations, addresses and seating work: one envelope, one family, one table. Your list is the same list the seating chart uses, so you only enter everyone once.

Frequently asked questions

How many guests should we invite?
It depends on your budget, your venue's capacity and the day you want. Many couples start with a long list, sort it into people they must invite and people they would love to invite, and let the replies settle the rest. Add everyone here and the count shows you where you stand.
Do plus-ones and kids count as guests?
Yes. Add a plus-one to the guest they are coming with, and mark children so you can see adults and kids separately. Caterers and venues usually price them differently, and both count towards your seats.
How do I collect mailing addresses?
With a free account, make a link for each household and send it by text or email. Guests type their own mailing address and it goes straight onto your list. There's also one link for everyone; addresses from it wait for you to check them first. You and the people helping you plan can see them; nobody else can.
Can I import a guest list from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Choose a CSV file, or paste rows copied from a spreadsheet. You say which column is which, check a preview, and nothing is added until you confirm. Any dietary column is left out, because guests give those details themselves.
Where do dietary restrictions go?
Dietary restrictions are personal, so guests give them to you themselves when they reply. Only you and your partner can see them, they aren't in the spreadsheet download, and you can't type them in on a guest's behalf, which keeps the details accurate and in the guest's hands.
Can I invite some guests to only part of the day?
Yes. With a free account, your list has events, like the ceremony and the reception. Invite each guest to the events they're coming to, and you'll see who's attending, who can't come and what everyone is eating for each one. Guests invited only to the reception show under Reception-only guests.
Do guests need an account to RSVP?
No. Each household opens its own private link (or scans the QR code on the invitation) and replies in about a minute. Nobody signs up, nobody accepts terms, and we never send guests marketing. Only you and the people helping you plan see the replies.
What about invitations printed without a QR code?
Make one link for everyone and print that instead. A guest types their name and their ZIP code or email address, and only then sees their own household. It never shows anyone else's name, so the list stays private.
How do I word "and guest" on the invitation?
Write the guest's name and "and guest" (for example "Ms. Priya Shah and guest"), and give that household one plus-one on your list. When Priya replies, she types her guest's name, so your seating chart and place cards have it.
When should we send RSVP reminders?
About a week before your reply-by date. Your list shows who hasn't answered for each event, and you can copy their links to send a friendly note. Late replies still go through; they're marked so you can tell your caterer.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No. The guest list has no limit, free or paid.
Is it free, and is my list private?
It is free, and you don't need an account. Your list is saved only in your own browser. If you want to keep it safe across devices and share it with your partner, you can save it to a free account.
