Wedding QR code for photos

One QR code for the tables. Guests send photos and videos from their phone, a check keeps the slideshow safe, and you keep everything.

What your guests will see

No app needed. Takes 10 seconds.

Alex and Sam

Share your photos

They go straight to Alex and Sam, who choose what others see. No app, no account.

A quick automatic check looks at each photo first, and you can delete your own from your phone.

Make your QR code

Free to try. Add your names and date once, and your code is ready.

How to make a QR code for your wedding photos

  1. Add your names and date. Type them in above and sign in. Your first QR code is ready straight away, and it is free to try with up to 10 guests' phones.

  2. Print the cards. Download the free printable cards (A6, 4x6 or 5x7), print them at home or at a copy shop, and put one on each table, at the bar and by the welcome sign.

  3. Guests scan and send. They scan, tap, pick their photos and pictures and they are sent. No app, no account. Every one gets a quick check, and you choose what everyone else sees.

  4. Show them on a screen. Open the slideshow on the venue's TV with a short code, or send a slideshow-only link to your DJ. The QR code stays in the corner so the screen brings in more pictures.

What guests see

They scan the code and a page opens in their phone's browser, with your names and the date and one big button. They pick photos and videos from their camera roll, or take one, and they are on their way. No app to install, no account, nothing to read first.

The slideshow

The slideshow shows approved photos as they arrive, one at a time, with the guest's first name and a small QR code in the corner. New photos jump the queue with a "Just in" label. A rehearsal dinner album, a welcome party album and the wedding day each get their own code.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the code with their phone's camera and it opens in the browser they already have. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
How do guests upload their pictures?
They scan the code, tap Add photos and videos, pick from their camera roll or take one, and it is sent. They can add their name afterwards. Photos go up at full quality, and a guest can delete their own from the same phone.
Is it free?
It is free to try: up to 10 guests' phones can send photos before you pay, with room for 2 GB of photos and videos. After that the pass opens it to every guest, with room for 50 GB. $49 once, or $25 with Plus. There is no charge per guest, per photo or for the slideshow.
Can guests upload videos?
Yes, up to 3 minutes each, and up to 1 GB with the pass (500 MB on the free try). Every video waits for your look before anyone else can see it: you tap Approve and it joins the gallery and the slideshow.
How long are the photos kept?
The pass keeps them for 2 years from your wedding date, so setting up early costs you nothing. Guests can add photos for 12 months after the wedding, and you can close uploads whenever you like. You can download everything at full size whenever you want.
Can guests see each other's photos?
Only the ones you approve, and only if you let them. You choose for each album: guests see the approved photos, the photos open at a time you pick, or only you see them. Anything you hide never shows.
How do you stop inappropriate photos showing on the screen?
Every photo is checked before it can reach the slideshow or the shared gallery, and anything the check is unsure about is held for you. A report button hides a photo at once. You can also choose to look at everything yourself first.
What if the venue has bad signal?
Some venues have almost none. Photos wait on the phone and send as soon as there is signal, as long as the page stays open, and a video carries on from where it stopped. Putting the venue's wifi name on the card helps.
How do we show the pictures on a TV at the reception?
Open the slideshow on the TV or a laptop and type the short code it shows into your phone, like signing in to a streaming app. Or send your DJ a slideshow-only link. It keeps looping if the wifi drops.
Where should we put the QR codes?
On every table, by the bar and on the welcome sign. Print the cards at full size so the code is at least an inch wide, and scan one before you print them all.
